GroundLoop’s NEW Virtual Experiences!
In 2020, the world got hit with a new kind of challenge - and the physical events and gatherings sectors got hit particularly hard. So many services, vendors, and clients have been scrambling to reschedule events, some have even felt they needed to cancel the whole kit and caboodle all together!
GroundLoop, on the other hand, has had other ideas. As a young business, we’re particularly vulnerable to a potential postponement until 2021 in our state of California, but instead we’re offering some alternative services that we hope will assist our friends and colleagues. Just because the physical world has come to a halt, doesn’t mean that celebrating together has to also!
Online DJ services
GroundLoop Events & DJ 80 have been looking into the exciting and fast paced options (such as Zoom Meetings & Twitch) offered online for virtual dance parties - a way for you and your attendees to still enjoy each other’s company and dance together, even if it’s a few screens and some data streams away! Redwood Virtual mirror
GroundLoop & the Redwood Mirror are excited to be now offering a Virtual Event version of our photo experience service!
The event will run similarly to our Redwood Mini including GIF and Boomerang options; it will also include add-ons such as background removal and full customizations! This service will start at $300 and up per day for services (up to 6 hours per day) depending on customizations - email for inquiries.
GroundLoop Parade Parties
A new trend happening on the Internet include some very clever ideas in the world of celebrations and gathering!
GroundLoop Events is excited to be offering a new service during these times of separation - Parade Parties!
We will bring our portable setup to a designated location (aka guest of honor’s house) to set up in their driveway, while friends and family parade by in their vehicles to wave and celebrate with love!)
These parties will be charged by the amount of time required, starting at $50 for a simple 15 minute drive by, up to an hour for $125 for drive by and park, with strict social distancing being enforced. (Client is responsible for getting the OK from the neighborhood)
TouchFree photo booth service
One new thing we’re excited to announce (for after and potentially during social distancing requirements) is that our original Redwood Mirror now has the capability to be run completely touch free!
We will set up the Mirror for your event; the Mirror will react to gestures to activate, and then following the photos being taken, will be set up to display a QR code on the screen for you to use to add your email or texting information right on your phone, so there’s no touching required during the event!
We will also be including (once we’re active again) a sanitizing station for all rentals for our Redwood Mirror & Redwood Mini booth rentals for the foreseeable future. We will not be offering physical props (except for perhaps easy to wipe/sanitize signs) for a while, but they will return again soon when it is safe!
